Our Customer Undertaking
Our undertaking to you the customer is to supply your orders as quickly and promptly as we possibly can. Enquiries can be made to email@example.com to by telephone to 64 9488-0045.
Stock is normally available ex shelf. Large orders may take 3-4 days to fill.
All prices are in New Zealand dollars including GST of 15%. (Goods and Services Tax.)
Orders purchased offshore and shipped overseas are GST exempt.
Your bank/credit card statement will show "urbaninfantwear"
The following payment options are available
- Internet banking by individual arrangement
Cheques from New Zealand banks will be accepted. Products will be sent once the funds have been cleared.
Returns and Exchanges
If you are dissatisfied with the purchase you have made from Urbaninfantwear, or you change your mind, we will give you a store credit or happily exchange your purchase provided the following criteria is met :
- The item has been returned within 2 weeks of purchasing.
- The item is returned at the purchasers expense.
- It was not a sale or discounted item. It must have been purchased at full price.
- Must have original tickets and stickers attached.
- Has not been worn or washed, and is still in Perfect condition.
- The receipt or proof of purchase.
